Individual Therapy
Life can be really challenging and it's ok to feel overwhelmed by things like:
-
events that happened in your life (such a divorce, a significant loss, a change of job status, a major life transition...)
-
a particular relationship (to a family member, a friend, a coworker...)
-
world events (the news, post pandemic uncertainty, environmental grief...)
-
fear (of change, of the future...)
-
negative feelings (sometimes we need help to process strong feelings like anxiety, anger or sadness)

Or maybe you are ready to explore how events of your past are affecting you now.

You will benefit from therapy only if you are motivated to change. Also the trust between client and therapist is key in the process, and for that, the therapist has to be someone you feel comfortable talking to. You are going to invest you time and money, so it is important that you find a good match and that you are committed to the process.

I use an eclectic approach that includes EMDR, hypnotherapy, talk therapy, life coaching, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems.
